The dreaded three words. We are getting into holiday season and it’s time to get out the platters and get ready for entertaining. This year I’m keeping things simple and beautiful. I love the idea of a festive party spread that allows our guests to easily help themselves to an assortment of yummy noshes. Here are a few simple ideas for a spread that you can put out for guests that will have them raving!
Ditch the plates to save on clean up. Grab a few cutting boards, platters, and napkins.
Put out a variety of seasonal fruit baring fall colors like grapes, apples, figs, and dates.
Don’t forget nuts, crackers, meats, cheese, and a sliced baguette.
I included local honey for guests to sprinkle on figs and add a few chia seeds. Apples are especially tasty with a drizzle of honey and a few sprinkles of hemp seeds and cacao nibs.
A warm appetizer option is another great addition to the entertaining spread. I’m obssessed with Lundberg’s new Organic Grainspirations Arancini. My favorite varieties are the Black Rice & Gouda & Mozzarella. They’re frozen and can be popped in the oven for 13-16 minutes for perfectly crispy appetizers that pack a punch of flavor. They taste amazing and are made with the finest wholesome, organic ingredients that Lundberg fans come to expect.
Happy Entertaining Friends!
