When you look at your walls in your home do they make you smile?  Mine do 🙂  That’s because one of the most important decor decisions I make are the final touches on things that highlight the space including what goes on the wall.  Today I’m rounding up my favorite pieces of artwork from minted.com.  Minted is one of my favorite retailers for artwork as they give you access to collections from independent artists that have a variety of unique pieces that can match almost any home decor theme/style and color.  As you know I love the coastal cozy feel of our home and some of the pieces below compliment that so well.  I’ve included pictures of some of our minted pieces from our home so you can see how they organically fit in the space and how you can get the look too!

I love to mix and match different styles of photos when I’m dressing up shelves or a bookcase like the one below.  Then the best is when I can make the center focus a family photo (I love action shots) amidst the carefully selected decor pieces.  My intent is to always choose pieces that when put together you say wow YES that belongs there!!  I absolutely love how the shelves turned out and hope they help to inspire any of you that might be stuck on what to do with all that space!
