If I could wallpaper every room in our home, I would. But Jim would kill me. You know I love a good wallpaper, our festive pineapples in the laundry room is the only thing that entices me to enter the room.
Looking to update a room in your home in the New Year? Wallpaper is a great way to add interest to any space. Bring in texture, color, pattern. Wallpaper can really take a room to the next level and I’ve included a few of my favorites below. I especially love wallpaper in smaller spaces like a powder room, laundry room or mudroom. If you have a large bedroom to cover don’t be afraid of just doing an accent wall. If you hire a wallpaper or painter just make sure they have good references and they properly prep the wall in case you ever decide to take down the paper this will save you hours. Most wallpapers come in double rolls but make sure you triple check and measure before ordering.
We wallpapered our entire guest bedroom with Palmetto wallpaper in bone from Serena & Lily and it completely transformed the space.
and just finished an accent wallpaper wall in our master bedroom also another Serena & Lily paper called Luna stripe in Navy.
No matter what the space, I’ve sourced a few of my favorite papers, and you can easily pin the image below to Pinterest!
I found the colorful wallpaper from Holy Maatcha

“What you do. How you dress. The way you love someone, and how you talk. Your smile and your personality. What you believe in, and all your dreams. The way you drink your tea. How you decorate your home. Or party. Your grocery list. The food you make. How your writing looks. And the way you feel. Life is art.”
