When Jim and I were first married we lived in a condo in the city of Chicago. Pre-kids, every year I would haul out our boxes and boxes of Christmas decor. 80% comprised of unwanted Christmas decor passed down from my Mom and sister. Every year it looked like a green and red bomb went off. I would lovely decorate our condo just for the two of us. In hindsight I felt like the walls were closing in. All the stuff was too much stuff. Jim if you are reading this, there were warning signs that I was a serial decorator. In hindsight, less was more. All the stuff took away from the season.
As I get older, less is MORE. Life is luckily hectic. Our home is our oasis. At times things can be chaotic so I find peace in having a home that is lived in, but not filled with clutter. This Christmas I teamed up with Joss and Main to find great kitchen Christmas decor under $50. Budget-friendly and you won’t feel like Christmas exploded, it’s a WIN-WIN. Here’s a few great Kitchen Christmas Decor Finds under $50.

“What you do. How you dress. The way you love someone, and how you talk. Your smile and your personality. What you believe in, and all your dreams. The way you drink your tea. How you decorate your home. Or party. Your grocery list. The food you make. How your writing looks. And the way you feel. Life is art.”
