The question I get asked the most is what paint colors we’ve used in our home. When selecting paint colors my biggest suggestion is to take your time. This can be really aggravating to hear when you just want to throw some paint on your walls. Live with your space, notice how daylight and seasons affect how your rooms look. Take into account sun exposure and how your home sits on your lot. We have a wrap around front porch with an overhang roof. The front of our home gets less daylight in comparison to the back. Both Sherwin Williams and Benjamin Moore offer small quart samples and peel and stick options. Hot tip either store can match either brands colors, including Farrow and Ball. If you find a color you love but it’s just alittle too bright or dark consider having the color made at a percentage (think 70%).
