New year, new you, ladies! Time to up your game with some new workout garb. If Santa didn’t bring you what you wanted, treat yourself to a little something – a new pair of sneaks, some leggings or a trendy water bottle. Fitbit even has a necklace now! I may or may not be incentivizing trips to the gym with new workout gear. My hubby got me the Echo Dot for Christmas, and I love it for working out: whether it’s “Alexa play my Zumba mix,” or having a dance party with the kids, or even just to listen to my fave tunes when I need that extra energy at night to clean up the kitchen (if only Alexa could do the dishes for me…). Advance warning, she is smart enough to order Domino’s pizza. But otherwise – or if you have amazing self-control – she’s a great workout buddy. I’ve included my must have workout items above and a few below.
